Frequently Asked Questions
Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched in 2–3 business days and delivered across India in 5–8 business days. Custom-stitched pieces take 7–14 business days to make before dispatch. You will receive your courier tracking (AWB) number by email once your order ships.
Yes. Open the tracking page and enter the courier tracking (AWB) number from your dispatch email. Signed-in customers can also see status under My Orders.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom-stitched or personalised items are non-returnable. To start a return, go to My Orders → View → Request Return.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Log in, go to My Orders, and click Cancel on the relevant order. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible but you may request a return after delivery.
Pre-order items are made or sourced after purchase. Estimated dispatch timelines are shown on the product page. We will email you as soon as your item is ready to ship.
Visa, Mastercard and other major debit/credit cards, UPI and net banking — all processed securely by Razorpay — plus Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. We never store your card details.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post it, so please allow up to 12 business days in total. If it has been longer than 12 business days since we received your return, contact us with your order number.
Every product page lists body measurements for each size. Compare them with a garment that fits you well, or use our size charts. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, or choose custom stitching for an exact fit.
Start a request on the Custom Artisan Services page: choose the garment, fabric and measurements in a short 7-step form. We reply within 24 hours on business days with a quote; production takes 7–14 business days after you confirm it. Custom-stitched pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
